Policies
Our policies are as clear as our safety checks, ensuring that you always know what to expect. We prioritize transparency and security, providing you with a trustworthy experience every step of the way.
Satisfaction Guarantee
At Squamish Climbing Academy, we’re committed to providing an exceptional climbing experience — one that’s safe, supportive, and inspiring.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your experience, we’ll work with you to make it right. Whether that means adjusting the program, providing additional instruction, or finding a suitable alternative, our goal is to ensure you leave feeling confident, valued, and satisfied.
Your feedback helps us grow, and we take it seriously. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out directly — we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
Because at Squamish Climbing Academy, your trust and enjoyment matter as much as the climb itself.
